Order processing
Orders can be shown as Confirmed, Preparing, Shipped, Out for Delivery and Delivered. The account pages already contain a visual status timeline.
Exchange policy
Define the final exchange window, condition requirements, fragrance restrictions and who pays return shipping. Avoid promising returns until the business rules are finalized.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Add a clear procedure for customers to contact ACP support with an order number and photos within the required time window.
Payment refunds
For JazzCash and EasyPaisa orders, document how approved refunds are returned and the expected processing time.
